2026 MIAMI Ambassador Program
I am applying to be an Ambassador for

AMBASSADOR PROGRAM:

We are looking for enthusiastic members that want to help be the face and voice of one of our MIAMI Board . As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing awareness of the benefits of membership in our Association. Your representation in local events and activities as well as promoting your participation in them through various social media channels, will increase the visibility of our Association to the public and other Real Estate Professionals. As an Ambassador, you will work closely with and support our Volunteer Leadership and Staff Professionals to achieve our goals and objectives.

To accelerate in this role, candidates will have excellent communication and networking skills as well as a strong, positive presence on social media. Previous experience as a member of the Board of Governors or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of customer service and marketing principles.

Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with the Association’s mission, vision and goals.
- Educating prospective members about our products and services.
- Checking-in at events and then post on social media to increase the MIAMI visibility and brand.
- Acting as an Ambassador at association events & activities.
- Building rapport with potential members and the public.
- Monitoring feedback and escalating negative feedback to the Professional Staff.
- Representing the association at local activities, Chamber Events, launches and trade shows.
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
- Maintaining a positive image of the Association at all times.
Ambassador Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to travel to local events and activities.
