DEAL MAKER AWARDS

Deal of the Year
- 1. Applicant(s) must be a member of the RCA.
  
  2. Application Deadline: October 16, 2026. Applications must be emailed by 5:00pm on 10/16/26. Emailed copies will be accepted. Be sure to include a photo, site plan or drawing of the property.
  
  3. Applications must be submitted only on the official form provided by the Realtors® Commercial Alliance, “Deal of the Year”. Photocopies of blank forms are acceptable.
  
  4. The transaction closing date must have occurred between October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.
  
  5. Keep a copy of the entire application for your records.
  
  6. A “Deal of the Year” will be chosen for each category by the Awards Committee. Judging will be based on the complexity of the deal and not on the dollar amount or size of the property.
  
  7. The purpose of this checklist is to assist you in filling out your Deal of The Year Awards application. It does not need to be turned in with your application.
